Partner Questions
All partner applicants submit credentials, a LinkedIn profile or portfolio, and a statement of mission alignment through our application form. Qualified candidates are then invited to a vetting interview with one or both FSM founders. We’re looking for track record, character, and genuine alignment with our athlete-first philosophy — not just impressive resumes.
Compensation structures vary by partner category and engagement model. Some partners are integrated on a per-athlete retainer basis, others on project or event fees, and brand partners operate under standard NIL deal frameworks. All structures are discussed transparently during the vetting interview and formalized in a partnership agreement before any engagement begins.
Active involvement is the expectation. FSM partners aren’t dropped in for one-off sessions — they’re integrated into each athlete’s personalized Flight Path. Depending on the discipline, this may include regular touchpoints, collaborative planning sessions with FSM leadership, and direct communication with athletes and their families.

This means we prioritize the athlete’s long-term wellbeing — academic, financial, physical, and personal — above any single deal or opportunity. We need partners who share this perspective.
